Peshawar police formulates new SOP for mobile phone dealers

news54ffs4ff54s54f The Peshawar police has formulated a new standard operating procedure (SOP) for mobile phone dealers making it obligatory for them to keep complete data of their clients.
A circular has been distributed among all mobile dealers whereby they have been asked to keep a copy of the computer national identity card (CNIC) of every seller and buyer. The dealers have been further directed to take picture of their clients besides maintaining a register to record their thumb impressions along with signatures.
