Will soon visit Pakistan, says Turkish president


news54sf54f54snews54sf54f54s2Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said he would soon visit Pakistan to extend support ‘in the hour of need’.
According to a statement issued by Pakistan embassy in Ankara, Erdogan met a Pakistani parliamentary delegation at the Presidential Palace in Ankara on Thursday.
Terming the visit of Pakistan’s parliamentary delegation – led by Senator Mushahid Hussain – as ‘very significant’, Erdogan said “your support to Turkey in the aftermath of the July 15 coup attempt is exemplary”.
Erdogan thanked the Pakistani leadership, and the lawmakers for unanimously passing resolutions in support of democracy in Turkey.Erdogan
