LONDON/KARACHI: MQM founder Altaf Hussain handed over charge to his close confidant and veteran politician Nadeem Nusrat. Nusrat has been tasked to form a new political party by Hussain.
Sources disclosed that MQM founder and former party chief Altaf Hussain gave charge to Convenor of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) and the party’s Head of International Affairs, Nadeem Nusrat, to form a new party. Sources revealed that Nusrat will also take over the affairs of MQM-London and be responsible for setting up the new party’s infrastructure in Pakistan.
Mustafa Azizabadi and Wasay Jalil have become Nadeem Nusrat’s close confidants and advisers. Sources also revealed that MQM founder Altaf Hussain does not take any decision without consulting Nusrat first.
